Compare prepaid travel cards

Why a prepaid card is a boon for travellers | This is Money

Prepaid travel cards can be cheap, they "no longer charge for the card, putting more money on to it, paying for purchases or a monthly fee. These include those from CaxtonFX, Tesco, Travelex and FairFX, which normally costs £9.95 to buy but is free through moneysupermarket.com.

They all charge for withdrawing money from an overseas ATM. The cheapest is FairFX at €1.50 (£1.25), while Travelex charges €3.75 (£3.12) and the Post Office is £2 plus 2.75% of the amount withdrawn.

Watch out for the exchange rate you get with the card. It claims the best rates, but CaxtonFX guarantees to give you the best exchange rate on the day - if you can find a cheaper one elsewhere, CaxtonFX will refund you the difference."

The example you put on Prepaid travel cards is really helpful for me to understand Foreign exchange comparison.
